Spring Lake Day Camp

Spring Lake Day Camp of Ringwood, N.J., is a member of the American Camping Association. Spring Lake s main goal is to enhance self-confidence, develop leadership skills and instill positive socialization within its noncompetitive, highly instructional program. The 26-acre campus includes a 40,000 square-foot heated pool complex divided into five pools, a 5-acre lake for boating and fishing, baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts, four basketball courts, two hockey rinks, climbing towers, 500-foot zip-line, ropes course, beach volleyball, indoor dance studio, gymnastics pavilion, arts and crafts pavilion, cooking class rooms and two computer centers. Each group has a program specifically designed to meet their needs. The adventure travel program is available to campers entering grades 4-10. The trip program includes amusement and water parks, dinner theaters or baseball games. For campers entering grades 6-10, there are overnight trips offered. In addition, door-to-door transportation is provided using only Department of Transportation approved mini-buses.
