Locked wifi and noone knows password. Waited in lobby with no internet. Asked for wifi password since it's not listed anywhere and they didn't know.

It deserves 0 stars. You come early for your appointment and the line is long and you end up waiting for over an hour to just be called back sometimes even longer. So glad I switched my daughters...
