South West Council

The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc., founded in 1974, is dedicated to transforming lives through sustained recovery by providing vital programs and services across Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. Their comprehensive approach includes prevention training and education, as well as intervention and recovery support services, reaching approximately 10,000 individuals annually. Established in 1978, the Mercer Council on Alcoholism and Drug Addiction provides prevention, education, assessment and referral for the victims of alcohol and drug abuse.
