Established in 1998, Soma Labs Inc. specializes in providing services for contract manufacturing to the pharmaceutical and nutritional industries. Based in Middlesex, N.J., it has contract service capabilities in tableting, encapsulation, powders, blending, granulation, coating, packaging, custom formulations, research and development and technical services. The company manufactures products, including chewable, sublingual, lozenges, vitamins, minerals, proteins, herbal products, enzymes and daily nutritional supplements for all age groups. Soma Labs Inc. owns a 23,000-square-foot plant with 10,000 square feet of manufacturing facility, registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The manufacturing facility is compliant with Good manufacturing practice (GMP), US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
