Sister of Good Shepherd

The Sisters of the Good Shepherd is a nongovernmental, international congregation ministering in more than 70 countries. The organization serves abused and neglected women and children. It offers community outreach, special education and youth development programs. The Sisters of the Good Shepherd s HandCrafting Justice project creates employment for by generating craft projects for women form low-income families. The organization administers the National Advocacy Center, which address social justice issues and advocates for changes in the society. In addition, the center prepares educational materials for Good Shepherd groups in the United States. The Sisters of the Good Shepherd publishes a biannual newsletter.
