HistoryHolistic Wellness From Within was founded in 2004 in East Windsor NJ. At that time I worked inside a Yoga studio. In 2006, my full time job moved me to the Matawan NJ area where I began to work out of my home. I primarily did nutrition work for the first several years but due to necessity I found more and more clients needed to have a Hair Analysis done first. This gives me a great starting point to work with clients and develop an individualized nutrition and supplementation program based on science - no guesswork! Clients can feel and see the results. I also began offering more and more healing modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming to assist clients in meeting their goals in all areas of life. Raindrop Massage Therapy is another healing tool I use that implements the use of Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils applied to the spine and feet to heal to restore the body.
