Karen Piwowar, MD is a member of Summit Health's Family Medicine Team. Dr. Piwowar provides primary care for patients of all agesfrom pediatrics to adolescents and all the way through every stage of adulthood. She is a strong advocate for adolescent and women's health. She provides patients with family planning strategies, contraception management (including IUD and Nexplanon placement/removal), STI screenings, cervical cancer & breast cancer screenings, as well as issues that affect women at menopause and beyond.Dr. Piwowar joined Summit Health straight out of residency where she was responsible for creating a community service project that continues to provide free cervical cancer and breast cancer screening to underinsured and undocumented women in Middlesex County.Dr. Piwowar is a member of the American College of Physicians, the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. In her free time, she enjoys yoga for relaxation and tennis, hiking, and snowboarding to stay active.

Viktoriia Kobliuk, MSN, RN, AGPCNP-BC , is a member of Summit Health's Urology team.

Rowland Chavez, MD is a member of Summit Health's Internal Medicine team. Dr. Chavez practices general internal medicine, provides preventive care and diagnoses and treats a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. He is dedicated to partnering with adult patients to provide comprehensive, patient-centered, compassionate care and recognizes the value in treating the whole person, not just the condition.Previously, Dr. Chavez worked as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. Prior to starting medical school, Dr. Chavez spent time volunteering at a community health center for AmeriCorps as part of the Philadelphia Health Corps program. From there, he completed medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, where he was awarded the Deans Recognition Award for academic and clinical excellence. During his residency, Dr. Chavez spent time in Mwanza, Tanzania teaching medical students and caring for patients. He is also a member of the American College of Physicians.When Dr. Chavez is not seeing patients, he enjoys exercising, traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with his family.
