My son had his school photo taken recently ! When I say the photo was taken terrible . How can the photographer felt that it was a good photo to sent back home ! Clearly they didn't care at all...

Wow, what a disappointment for school photos. My kid's pupils are HUGE (so they didn't have proper lighting?) and then they way overexposed the image which washed her out completely/she appears...

This company has terrible customer service. I paid for my child's pictures on line in Sept and I still not have received the correct package after 4 phone calls and 3 plus weeks of waiting.
