After many names were considered, only one truly represented our mission. We are driven to provide an authentic spanish dining experience, pleasurable ambience, and outstanding service from our staff. The name had to stand for a future legacy. Therefore SAYOLA comes from the names of the proprietors children: SAndra, YOrett, and LAzaro. Visit us for a unique fine dinning experience.
