horrible haircut. she spent maybe 5 minutes on it total and did not follow what i asked for. freehanded the entire thing and cut it way too short. literally asked for tip after the terrible cut....

Long story short, I'd rate this salon to be closer to 3.5 stars for price, service and staff. This establishment has been around for 8+ years under another name but they are now known as Salon 9....
