Mohamed Esiely, MD is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist serving the Hoboken community at his practice Health Wise Women in New Jersey.Before immigrating to the United States, Dr. Esiely was a physician in Egypt where he received his medical degree from Cairo University. As an attending physician, he focused his skills on keeping students knowledgeable as they studied, lectured, and traveled the world.In the United States, Dr. Esiely completed his residency at New Yorks Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he was chief resident. He became a certified practitioner of the da Vinci surgical system in 2012, a robotic system used to perform minimally invasive surgical procedures.Dr. Esiely established Health Wise Women in 2010. In his more than 20 years practicing medicine, he has received numerous awards, including the Laparoscopic Surgery Award and Resident Award for Excellence in Teaching.
