St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church is a parish of the Archdiocese of Newark in New Jersey. The church governs several ministries, including baptism preparation, bereavement, choir, lectors, ushers, stewardship and religious education. St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church s youth ministry organizes prayers, retreats, fellowship and socializing events, as well as supervises Sunday evening meetings and other social gatherings. The church operates social concerns committees that coordinate food drives for the poor and homeless and assists in annual efforts to collect Christmas trees for poor families. One of the least memorable churches in Bergenfield. Older style compared to the new ones I've seen. Great for Sunday mass, baptisms, christenings, funerals and weddings. Evangelist Church....

I like that the church is often open for prayer and to light a candle. Very pretty church.
