Classes often over booked and skill levels and age can vary very highly. For example having a baby in a diaper with 6 year old swimmings. They cancel classes minutes before they are supposed to...

terrible management. constant cancellations and often notified last minute. customer service rarely provides monetary credit for cancelled classes, just make-up tokens that expire and its snooze...
