Our Sleep Center, an accredited member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, has been providing sleep disorder services to the community for over two decades. We know that for the nearly 40 percent of Americans who suffer from a chronic sleep disorder that restful sleep would be a dream come true. Chronic sleep problems can affect daily life, health, wellness and longevity. In fact, long-term effects show that sleep disorders have serious health risks associated with them, including hypertension, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, obesity and depression.
