Rutgers Newark Alumni Association
The Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal (RCTLJ), established in 1969, is the oldest academic journal focused on the intersection of law and technology. Student-run and supervised by Rutgers Faculty, the journal publishes two issues annually featuring articles, student notes, and a comprehensive bibliography of global academic works on technology and law.
RCTLJ also hosts symposia to discuss current legal issues, including their upcoming Spring 2025 event that will explore the environmental impacts of artificial intelligence and the adequacy of existing legal frameworks. Through its work, the journal contributes significantly to the scholarly dialogue on critical topics at the convergence of law and technology.
