Dr. Allan MacRae, a former president of Faith Theological Seminary and Dr. Jack Murray, president of Bible Evangelism, founded Biblical Theological Seminary in 1971. Biblical was accredited by the Middle States Association in 1990 and by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada in 1995. It has a library that offers more than 52,000 bound volumes and subscribes to more than 400 periodicals.
