I appreciate the classes for people my age- I'm 65. They're excellent workouts and the instructors provide modifications if I'm not up to the full challenge.

Facility not good for older. No elevator a lot of steps. Small space people on top of each other. Amenities not many. Never did classes. Price $$$ MGMT family owned. The set up and size hurting...
