David Skolnik, OTR, CHT, is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. His professional affiliations have included corporate, hospital, and private hand rehabilitation at the University of North Carolina Regional Burn Center in Chapel Hill, and the University of California Los Angeles in Westwood, California.Mr. Skolnik has delivered regional and national invited lectures and presentations on a variety of topics concerning hand therapy. He is an adjunct professor in the Seton Hall University Occupational Therapy Program. To his credit, Mr. Skolnik is recognized for his creative splint design and fabrication, which is used for many hand and upper limb injuries and conditions.
