Established in 1906, Camp Oakhurst provides summer camp and year round respite program for children and adults with physical disabilities. Located in Oakhurst, N.J., it serves children and adults with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, post polio, osteogenesis imperfecta and similar conditions. Camp Oakhurst accommodates individuals who use a wheelchair or who require assistance with activities of daily living and provides special diets as required. The facility is accredited by the American Camping Association and is licensed by the New Jersey State Department of Health.
