Junior has a strong culinary reputation in the New Brunswick and Somerset, NJ communities and is fondly remembered from his time with the Green Grotto and Jamaican Delights restaurants.Junior and his team creates authentic traditional and modern Jamaican cuisine for our diverse customer base. His passion for cooking can only be matched by his creativity when preparing his fine dining dishes. Junior always says, "Food and Love cannot exist without each other" especially when creating his favorite Curry Shrimp and Vegetable Medley dish.Junior is a graduate of the Promise Culinary Arts School and received his ServSafe certification.
