Dr. Momeni's patient-focused philosophy is to first determine the goals and expectations of his patients, and then offer personalized treatment recommendations that fit his patients' needs. Dr. Momeni's team includes highly experienced and caring medical professionals hand-selected to deliver excellent results (Physician Assistant Jenn, Nurse Mary, and Patient Coordinator Shannon).As a board-certified New Jersey plastic surgeon, Reza Momeni, MD, has expertise in cosmetic surgery of the face, breasts, and body. He also specializes in hand surgery and repairs after skin cancer surgery. In addition to surgical treatments, Dr. Momeni is experienced in minimally invasive and nonsurgical techniques with Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Kybella, SculptraTM, Fraxel, Cellfina, Ultherapy and CoolSculpting. Dr. Momeni is the former Section Chief of Plastic Surgery at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey. He has authored scientific and lay articles in plastic surgery, which have been published in prestigious, peer-reviewed scientific journals and regional lifestyle magazines. In addition, he has given regional and national lectures about his work. The Consumer Research Council lists him among Top Plastic Surgeons in America, and Castle Connolly has selected Dr. Momeni as a Top Doctor in Plastic Surgery in New York Metro. Dr. Momenis fellow physicians have voted him among Top Doctors in New Jersey Monthly every year since 2007. More recently, he was selected as one of a handful of NJ plastic surgeons identified as Plastic Surgery Select. He has also been routinely listed in Millburn-Short Hills "Super Doctors." Dr. Momeni has volunteered internationally with nonprofit organizations Smile Train, Healing the Children, and Changing Children's Lives, and Destination Hope to provide free surgical care for children with facial deformities (cleft lips and palates) and adult burn and accident victims. For this work, Dr. Momeni received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor in 2009. He has also received the American Medical Associations Physician Recognition Award. When he is not working with his patients, Dr. Momeni enjoys his family, the outdoors, and travel.
