The employee helped me out by lifting up a wire for me and car started. He wasn't there for me and apparently already overworked. He wasn't friendly but helped out. Thank you!

Yes, it is true, the cars are not like budget or hurts however, i the name of the place is Rent-A- Wreck. That being said, I rented a car from them back in October and the service was impeccable....
