Avoid like the plague! Made the mistake of having a service contract with these dishonest thieves. Every time they came they claimed they needed to do extra work outside of the service contract....

Reiner over charges and tell the customer they need to put Freon gas in the unit to see if it's leaks knowing full well that if the unit stops working it's a leak period!!!
