Regina Mpakarakes Kaplan, M.D. founded the practice in Chatham, N.J. in 1998, after practicing in group practices in New York and New Jersey, to create a different type of obstetrics & gynecology practice paradigm: competent and state-of-the-art medical care for women in a personal, comfortable, discreet setting.

Our areas of interest and expertise include pelvic floor dysfunction, vulvar pain, fertility, menopause, bio-identical hormones, gynecology, childbirth, irregular bleeding, hormonal imbalance, abnormal pap smears, HPV, PCOS, fibroids, breast health, vaginal and urinary tract infections, adolescent health, cancer prevention, family planning, fertility, sexual dysfunction, bladder dysfunction, osteoporosis, PMS, minimally invasive surgery and alternatives to surgery. An expanded range of laboratory and diagnostic testing options are offered, including on-site specimen collection, microscopy, bloodwork, pregnancy testing, urinalysis, ultrasonography, colposcopy, and biopsy. On site treatments we perform include LEEP, cryotherapy, endometrial biopsy, HALO breast PAP test, intrauterine insemination (IUI), pelvic floor muscle injection and desensitization, Implanon, and IUD placement, and massage therapy.
