The organization was founded by principals Howard Kent and Gregory Van Cleef, who have been partners and active in the real estate investment and management business for over 30 years. We utilize our broad expertise in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of multi-family and commercial properties to handle all facets of an assignment and satisfy the unique requirements of each client.In December 2005, Management Group formed a strategic alliance with Asset Realty Services, Inc ( ARSI ) to focus on commercial property and construction management. Applying more than 40 years of experience in those fields, the ARSI team currently manages a portfolio in excess of 300, 000 square feet throughout northern New Jersey.
