Don't bother trying to make an appt online. A waste of time. The total experience was awful. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

Do not take your kids to this location to get their blood drawn! Worst experience ever!! As a mom I left there livid and my 3y/o terrier and bruised up.
