Pancakes were good and service was friendly. Indoor seating upstairs wasn't great but we were a big group and probably the only option. Outdoor area looked nice, just too cold the day we went.

Breakfast is great, large portions and staff is friendly. Cuban is also the go to for me. This is now our choice when on LBI.
