Besides Restore the Shore, we have provided food for the elderly, assistance for new mothers, help to residents facing disability and homelessnessand, in 2009, an expenses-paid funeral to the family of a woman killed in a house fire.In addition to delivering necessary funds, Hometown Heroes strives to match our neighbors in need with professionals available to provide pro bono services. We appreciate monetary donations, as well as donations of services like medical care for our neighbors who are unable to afford it.
