I thought it was unbelievable how I had a CONFIRMED window of pickup of 12-3 and had to call the company to find out that they weren't going to make it there until 3:30/4. Not a big deal?...

My item was delivered after a month and it was extremely damaged. This is inexcusable. It's bad enough it took a month but for it to be damaged is outrageous. I personally will not use this company!
