Established in 1998, Performance Jiu-Jitsu & Self Defense Academy is the first true Gracie jiu-jitsu training facility offering the world's most effective martial arts fighting techniques in a single class in Fair Lawn and Bergen County, NJ. We teach jiu-jitsu programs and self-defense classes for all ages. All Fair Lawn and Bergen County, NJ jiu-jitsu classes are taught by a 4th Degree Gracie Black Belt instructor specializing in beginners to advanced students.
