Made an appointment to have my tires replaced waited over 3 hours before they even got to my car. Claimed they lost my paper work No apology , I guess they thought i was just hanging out there...

Called to see if they resurface rotors. He gave some bs about the metal used in making them and it wouldn't last. He would have to look at them. Cost would be $75. per rotor. Crazy

Come here if you want to wait 5x longer than they tell you. terrible experience. service manager took call after call while I stood and waited.
