SpecialtiesThe program involves an initial assessment followed by either individual or group sessions that involves psychoeducational components. our goal is to provide an alternative to programs that are limited to helping an individual learn self-control techniques in that our program not only incorporates learning skills but also involves more empathy for themselves and others. While we do attend to destructive behavior and its impact, we also help the individual achieve greater self awareness to control their emotions, especially anger in the present and the future
