Our gynecologic oncologists are directly involved in all aspects of their patients' care, including if needed surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and supportive services; and they develop close relationships with patients. This supportive relationship provides a superb, comprehensive approach and avoids many of the potential problems associated with fragmented care. Our medical team consists of nationally renowned gynecologic oncologists* (*a gynecologist who had undergone additional years of highly advanced specialized training in the subspecialty of gynecologic cancer surgery and treatment ) with extensive experience and outstanding credentials. Patient care strategies are developed through a team approach with two gynecologic oncologists. Patients benefit from the breadth of experience and knowledge of the two physicians that is so often needed in the complex management of gynecologic cancer.
