Over the years I have worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, chronic and severe mental illness, and individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental illness. By utilizing a variety of approaches, I will empower you to create together an individualized treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I am a well-rounded and experienced Social Worker. I am specialized in Complex Trauma. I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor. I will provide you with specific tools to make changes in order to start living your best life.
