After being destroyed in Hurricane Sandy, Panini Bay reopened November 2013. New owner, Chef Ivar Johnson, graduated as valedictorian of The Restaurant School of Walnut Hill College, Philadelphia PA. He has done apprenticeships at The Peking Duckhouse, NYC, Blackfish Restaurant in Conshohocken, PA and Cafe Colore in Freehold, NJ. Chef Ivar also has cooked at Bistro14, LBI and Local Smokehouse BBQ in Cookstown, NJ. His philosophy on food is to
