This Panera is good but at peak times you will be waiting close to 20 minutes for your food (take-out or dining in). And don't even get me started about their delivery times. It took them an hour...

There were roaches inside where we were sitting. So grossed out. Food was mediocre. Chicken in my salad tasted weird. This Panera has really gone down hill.

I ordered Southwest chicken salad to go and there was no chicken in it. The salad cost 18.99. I got home and called the restaurant and spoke to the manager that offered to make me another salad...
