After working for a couple of great trainers at their private studio for about 7 years I decided to go my own way and open my own studio. Breaking away from the traditional bodybuilder style of training and gravitating towards more unconventional methods to get my clients fit.

Outfit NJ is the Jersey Shore's Premier Steel Mace and Calisthenics Based Personal Training Studio offering one on one and small group personal training. Outfit uses steel mace, calisthenics (bodyweight), suspension training systems (ie. TRX and WOSS Systems) , steel clubs, kettlebells, battle ropes and sandbags to implement corrective and performance-based exercises and progressions to increase strength, build muscle mass, burn fat and increase an individuals neuromuscular efficiency, balance, flexibility, mobility and joint integrity. Mastery of one's body translates into a healthier, stronger more sustainable athlete and can be used by any age and athletic level to accomplish their fitness goals and is as safe as it is effective!!
