Very helpful customer service for our wifi issue. Turns out we needed a new modem and router. Easy to exchange at local office. Wish our overall bill for cable were lower. But that is another issue.

Customer service is just the name of the department, not actually what happens. I never bother them. Pay my expensive bill monthly through auto debit. Today, I see a dude outside my house...
