Not a legit financial institution. I had a savings account that was wiped out and discovered non-existent customer service. I had to enter tickets like I was working with an IT department instead...

The people working at Oportun aren't capable of giving out loans because they can't figure out basic information. They give you a run around and still don't get anything done. Worst loan company...
