OneBody Matrix is a new wellness studio emphasizing whole body health. The studio offers private Pilates both mat and reformer, certified personal training, meditation, stress management, nutritional counseling, juice detoxing and colonic hydrotherapy located 30 minutes from New York City in Bergen County, NJ. We provide extensive health detoxification services, specializing in Woods Gravity colonics. OneBody Matrix is founded and directed by Alison Witzmann, a Professor of Kinesiology, Master Pilates Instructor, Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Colonic Therapist, and Nutritional Coach. Alison holds numerous certifications in fitness, postural alignment, and Pilates. She has an MA in Kinesiology and Education and a BS in Food Science and Nutrition and a forging passion to help people regain health and wellness.
