My son was prescribed a medication that the insurance company denied. I called the office 6 times, and 6 times I was told someone would get back to me, and NO ONE ever did!

This is the worse office I have ever dealt with. Called and wait 5 minutes to get a person that transfers you to another person who after waiting for them for 15 minutes I hung up and called back....

the terrible front desk is responsible for me finding a new practice. They can't even spell my name right on records and never call back even AFTER being told by Dr. Alcasid. What a sad sad office.
