Center for Comprehensive Health Practice is a community-based health care organization that offers a range of diagnosis and treatment services. It is licensed by the New York State Department of Health, and primarily focuses on the physical, emotional and social needs of individuals. The multidisciplinary organization specializes in primary health care, child development, HIV family rehabilitation and outpatient addiction services. It provides a variety of comprehensive, individualized, accessible, and patient-centered care and related services. Its substance abuse services are provided under licenses from the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. Center for Comprehensive Health Practice is located in New York City.

Dr. Owyang is an intensivist and serves as Assistant Professor of Medicine within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He also holds an appointment as Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine within the Department of Emergency Medicine. Prior to returning to NYC where he finished residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, he trained in critical care medicine at Stanford in CA.
