I agree with the other reviews. This Dr doesn't know what she is doing. She injected this huge needle into my knee.she said I had bursitis. A good orthopedic dr told me I had meniscus problems....

Stay away. Dr salem misdiagnosed me. She never tested me for lyme and instead gave me steroids. That made my lyme infection chronic and now i am suffering. Horrible dr.

the worst doctor office e v e r !! i called them spoke to Nikki to send over my medical records to another doctor that i want to transfer to and it took them 2 weeks and a call from me to get them...
