HistoryMy personal training career started in 2011 when I made the executive decision to become an overall, well-educated, and knowledgeable trainer. In college, I became involved in all aspects of the fitness industry; from senior fitness, to youth conditioning, physical therapy, sports performance, sports conditioning, and much more. After I acquired the necessary experience I needed, I decided to expand and become an independent contractor in the beginning of 2016; catering to the needs of a wide array of clientele.SpecialtiesIf you're looking a completely customized, and individualized personal training program, then look no further! Offering a friendly, confident, and fun atmosphere, your specific goals will be attained. Not only is an in-center training session offered, but so is in-home sessions at the comfort of your own home! I offer both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. If your goal is to lose weight, add more muscle mass, get ready for a bodybuilding competition, tone up, enhance your sports performance, or just build confidence, my program is completely specialized and catered to your needs.
