Nilaya Bhawsar

Nilaya B. Bhawsar, DO is a member of Summit Healths Neurology and Neurosciences team. Dr. Bhawsar is board-certified by the American Academy of Neurology and specializes in peripheral neurology and neuromuscular disorders as well as electromyography and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) testing.In addition to his role at Summit Health, where he is devoted to providing care with compassion, Dr. Bhawsar serves as Director of Stroke at Mountainside Hospital and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.Dr. Bhawsar has been featured in multiple New Jersey Monthly "Top Doctor" listings.When he is not working with his patients, he enjoys running and playing tennis.
