I was craving ice cream after a long beach day and came upon Nicholas' creamery. It was a little hard to find walking up on the Main Street because the signage is flat, but I'm glad I found it....

At Nicholas Creamery we're handmaking small batch ice cream using natural dairy and working directly with local farmers and food artisans to source the freshest, seasonal ingredients. We'll be serving made to order waffle cones prepared the old fashioned way - a hot waffle maker and a quick flick of the wrist.

Heavenly, fresh made ice cream at heavenly prices. They also offer a few vegan flavors and they occassionally offer new and exciting flavors but my personal favorite is the Hudson Coffee Crunch....
