We love Dr. Cha - he's wonderful. But the office is poorly run. The 'current' staff is rude and you call day after day and never get a person or a call back so you are screwed in an emergency....

Dr Sharon Li was not the same dr I had met years ago. Very little eye contact and spent the entire visit writing notes. Will not return. A total waste of my time and distance.
