This place is the worst! My dog was hit by a car and taken here after she passed and they refused to let us see her! We couldn't see her, have her sent somewhere for burial, have her cremated...

The boss was an asshole on the phone. Wouldn't let me see my deceased dog or even take her back home to bury her. Obligated to pay for cremation.
