Needs-First Tech

History

I started Needs-First Tech as a freelancer (and I may have not always called it by this name) so that I could share my skills and experiences in technology in a way that I felt could help businesses, non-profits, volunteer groups and people such that we could see the results. I set out to help customers understand their needs, and see how to reach them, from a technology point of view. However, technology is a concept accesses by only one, or some of, the cross-sections of experience. And technology needs are part of the basic plane that stretches through all needs of our experience. Together with my collaborators, we do custom software development, as well as technology consulting more generally, and train groups and individuals in specific technology skills. We help them gain effectiveness and comfort in the use of MS Excel, Google Suite, programming languages like Python, major database systems, and other tools and software.
