Local gym, family run Navesink Fitness is clean, has well maintained equipment, and friendly staff. Love the classes! I heard the training sessions are really good as well, will have to try soon.

Great place to really work out. No fashion show, waiting in lines for the machines or drama. People just workout hard and have a good time. Best gym around here.
